CFC launched its fourth CFC Africa Insights report, “Casablanca, a mediation and arbitration hub for Africa”, in partnership with DLA Piper a member of the CFC community. A keynote presentation was given by Mr. Saad EL MERNISSI, Partner at DLA Piper, providing insight on arbitration in Africa with a special focus on the CIMAC’s efforts towards making Morocco a mediation hub for the continent.
